As we say farewell to Autumn, we’re very happy to announce that there have been some major progress on site at The Atrium Lutwyche.

The upper slab pour B was completed at the beginning of May, followed by the entrance ramp into the basement.

The team at McNab then began preparation for the podium/level 1 slab pour. Unlike the other levels, the podium slab is done in a single concrete pour and therefore required additional formwork and planning.

On 23 May, the podium slab pour was completed, marking the beginning of above ground works!

Over the next few weeks, scaffolding and formwork will go up on site in preparation for the level 2 slab pours.
